Hey all,
If anyone else has a iTunes sync problem I figured out what to do as I have not
heard back from Apple. Ends up it was not a iTunes issue yet another IOS 8
issue as I reset my settings on my iPhone and after doing that I am again able

Thanks for the response. Ends up I found the sync in the new layout and it ends
up I am having a more serious issue as sync is completely dimmed out. Just hung
up with Apple Accessibility and they cannot figure out the issue of not being
able to sync so they needed to call me back
Hi Brian, I find the easiest way to get to Sync is to go to the File Menu,
choose Devices, and sync is in that menu.

Hello Rachel,
First of all, I assume you opened iTunes from the Dock by pressing VO-Space.
This is a bad idea as it often takes the Option key as an instruction to ask
for a new iTunes library. Always open apps from the Dock with Return to avoid
this problem.

I am embarrassed to say, but I am about to give up on itunes! :) I try and
try, but nothing, I am starting to think it does not like me! :)
Ok here is the last issue.
I opened itunes and asked me for a library, I just moved my arrows to check was
available and it chose a folder
Ok that sort of worked until it quit refreshing the right hand table with all
the eps. I need to restart itunes or something every time to get at least 1
podcast to refresh! Growl! this is getting frustrating fast!

either create a new blank playlist with Command-N, and do it from
anywhere in iTunes, then move to the songs table and select songs to

column to use the VO key sequence. ONce I used VO+\ in the album
