FN VO keys F8 will take you to the VO utility. In the first table, or
probably just press tab once and you will see the message you put
there. You can either make another one, or just delete what's there.
For example, I always depopulate that field. Then close the utility.

Well, if you mean the VoiceOver announcement when the system
starts and to change the, "Joe" to, "Rich" *grin* in VoiceOver
Utility, it would be under the General tab, I believe. At least, if I
am understanding what you want to do.
