Tweetlist does push notifications on a delayed basis, every 5 minutes it will
push mentions, DMs, etc to your phone, where as Twitterrific does them exactly
when they happen.

I like Syrinx for Mac because it has filters so you can block unwanted tweets,
if you build up a huge following database full of spam like I accidentally did.
Is there a Syrinx equivalent for Mac, so I don't have to see all those spam
tweets?

Either tweet list Pro or Twitterrific are amazing. The one gripe I have with

A note to warn about Twitterrific, their push notifications are in beta, so
they're allowing groups of up to 1000 users per week.
