I don’t know when it was last updated, but it works with Big Sur and was
updated to do so. I don’t know how the software compares to other ones with OCR
accuracy, but it’s always gotten the job done for me. I do prefer DocuScan Plus
for most taks, though.

When last I looked, FineReader for Mac hadn't been updated for a long
time. This naturally prompts the question of whether they're still
developing it. I had contemplated making a purchase, but decided not to
for that reason.

I would like to have one good scanner app on my Mac.
But what scanner app is the better of Docuscan or FineReader?
FineReader is more expensive but you need to register to Serotek in order to
get DocuScan to work.
Any thoughts?
