I wonder if you couldn't use soundflower to pick up the system audio and
then just use quicktime player to make an audio recording? That would be
a free solution.

Hi. You can do this using audio hijack pro, but it is going to be in real time.
In other words, you must play the videos and grab the audio at the same time.
