OK that works I turned off quicknav and did only use the arrows and sure enough
which ever track I stopped on and did command+I took me straight into that
tracks info for me to edit!

It is indeed a tracking sort of issue. If you’re in a table and have a
specific item selected that you wish to modify the info of, do that
modification then attempt to VO navigate to the next item, the keyboard does
not appear to follow the VO movement. When this sort of thing happens, I

OK I think this is a VO highlighting problem!
I find when doing a track at a time I always use VO+shift+m and select get info
from there when sitting on the track I wish to edit!
