I've just tried to edit a secure note in 1password, and I do not experience
your problem. I found the note I wanted, I then moved to the details group but
I did not interact with the table in which the details are displayed. Instead
I moved to the right of the group where the details are

Yes it seems VO will not go word by word. VO-A will read the whole
text though. Will need to work with this some more and see what the
resolution is. Meantime I would send a note to the 1Password team.
