it sounds like you just have to hold the option key down after the
bootup chime and eventually you'll get a menu to choose which drive to

Hi all,
Is there any possible way to disable my broken internal superdrive in the EFI
firmware of the Mac without having to actually open up the computer and
physically disconnect it? Apparently, this is what I'd need to do to get an
external DVD drive to boot on here.
