It seems my toolbar in Safari can’t be hidden.
Its greyed out.

I would like to customize Safari’s toolbar but i can’t seem to do this with
VoiceOver.
What i am trying so far is to Bring the voiceover cursor to the Toolbar and
right click on the toolbar.
Now there’s a popup where i select customize.
