Sorry for getting back late to your response. I do hope you can figure out
what's wrong, I've never seen just an i-device have that error but not the Mac,
you'd figure the i-device and mac would have it. How strange.

Makes sense but I do not see it. I ran the sync again, I get the
error on the iDevice but nothing on the Mac. Thanks, will do some more
detective work.

There's usually a disclosure triangle on things like iTunes, if it can't, for
instance, sync Ring Tones, etc. See if there is this, disclosure triangle, and
see if it may be collapst. If it is, see if you can expand it by pressing space
on it, and see if it'll tell you what couldn't be
On both my iPhone and iPad I get the above message when I connect to
iTunes on the Mac and select the sync option from the file menu. Id
there a way to find out what this item is?
