There are three options for cookies. Allow, don’t allow third party and
disallow.
This is currently and I believe for a while has been in the privacy area of the
Safari settings.

Hi Dan,
When in Safari, go to the Safari menu beside the Apple menu, choose reset
Safari. A new dialog will appear where you can check which items you wish to
clear such as History, Empty Cache, Clear cookies and much more.
