Hmm, your way is a bit tricky but can be done if I got use to it,
smile. But I think I'll stick to my way.

Actually I just broke down and purchased one of the Otter cases, which
although expensive, are well worth the money. I also like the fact I
can get a really good grip on the phone. It does add some bulk to the
overall size, but it's still well worth the $49 I paid. Damn that is
expensive
Does it work on an iPod Touch, too?

Hi,
Lol!
Yeah, I do find I hold the phone with one hand if I'm in a moving
vehicle. That's one situation where typing is kind of tough.

I think my thumbs are a bit keyboard-impaired. :) I couldn't text
with them when I had a physical keyboard either. Just for grins,
though, I'll play around with that today and see if I can do it. Let
me know how you fare with my method.

Donna

Nic, all I can tell you is that you'll either switch or not. You'll
either learn to type on the iPhone or not. I hate to say it, but it
really is that simple. I have done more typing on my iPHone than I
have ever done on the MOtorola Q9 I had with Verizon Wireless and it
had a physical key
Donna, now you watch that middle finger. :)
Yes I agree that it really comes down to what works for you. I
haven't tried all possible ways of doing things, but I can tell you
that while riding on the bus in particular and on the train at times,
having two hands on the device is almost a mus
Hmm, I wil have to see if I can do your method. Haven't tried that
way yet.

That's what I'm telling you. If you hold it in one hand it do it just
right then you can use your thumb and pointer.

Hi,
I'm definitely considering one as well. I went to an Apple store and
fell in love with it, and ever since, I've been dreaming of it. I even
dreamed about tweeting on the iPhone last night, and woke up thinking
I'd just grab my iPhone and check my tweets. But no such luck. It's
