You should be able to use the More button down at the bottom of the screen.
Alternatively, swiping up/down when in Actions on the rotor should offer Reply
as one of the options.

I don’t know how to recognise the colour of an element in Safari, but VO-Cmd-k
will find the next change of colour and VO-Cmd-s will find the next element
with the same attributes. Unfortunately, VO-t doesn’t seem to work at all in
Safari.

In settings under general and then Accessibility there are a couple
settings that might be useful. These include Invert Colors, Larger Type,
Bold Text and Increase Contrast.

I have changed something in voice over that makes the program give
screen colors and different fonts. I would appreciate knowing how to
