I would agree, pages and the Apple products are generally more accessible. Microsoft has put work in to office 2016 however and has made big improvements. I use outlook on the Mac now daily for work and it’s very good. Still, pages and numbers etc seem to flow better and a bit more accessible

The 2012 mac mini can allow you the user to update ram to 16GB max where as the newer mac mini models I believe are only upgradable by the factory with a custom design. This is the same for all mac notebooks unless you pay more for the custom builds they are all released with fearly lowish specs
