Open Activity Monitor, from Spotlight or the Utilities folder in you applications folder. Once it opens, vo-left to the toolbar, interact, then find and interact with the view buttons group. Here you can pick the information you want--memory, CPU, energy, etc. Get out of here and go back to the

Hi all, I have asked this question before but have lost the email with the answer. I often find the CPU running at say 70% 50% user & 20% system. How do I see what is running. Often at these times I am doing nothing on the Mac. Thanks for any help. Max. -- The following information is important
