Hi Tim. Funny enough, he reset the display and it works now. we were doing it
through the VO utility.

My student is trying to connect his Brailliant 40 to his mac with bluetooth,
and we get a pairing request failed. Strange thing is, it doesn't bring up a
pairing request dialog for him to enter anything. what should he do?
The display, naturally works with USB. He's running with the newes
