Using Function + up down left right gives you PageUp PageDown Home and
End respectively. As far as apps like VMWare or the guest OS running
inside it they have no idea how the PageDown keystroke was generated,
just that it was and will respond as expected.

The only thing you can do with a bluetooth keyboard on the iPhone is enter text
into a text field. Sadly you can't control the phone or move around the non
text fields. This is a real shame as I expected to be able to use the iPhone
the same way I use my Mac with a keyboard. My keyboard does
