What that means is the battery is being charged even at 100%. Its
called trickle charge. Voiceover reads the icons that sighted folks see.

How does sighted see when the battery is charging on the Ipad?
FOr us VoiceOver announces charging after the battery status.
And when its finished charging it sais on ac power.
My iPad mini shows charging all the time even though its on 100%.
So i am not sure what that means?
