Red Laser is the best I've found, and it's free. Digit Eyes can do the same
thing, but I find it far more difficult to get it to see the code. Use Red
Laser, be sure to tap the "light" button so the light on your device is on
(assuming there is a light) and start scanning.

Accessible barcode readers for iOS? By that I mean you hold something up to the
camera and when it finds the barcode it'll tell what it is? Similar to those
