Blank Bar Code App

Hello,    I had inquired about this before but no one knew of an app. Hoping for leads. What I need is an app that would allow me to attach a memo to blank bar codes. I use lank bar code stickers for items. I have a device that does this but if it breaks down, I have no way to use the stickers

No I haven't but have bookmarked this. I should have explained further and will do so now. I use blank bar codes in the house to label, for instance, leftovers for the freezer. Currently I use a device for this. But it is no longer available and cannot be repaired if it breaks down
