they changed some stuff around
1 how do I record a facetime call?

I'm not sure about renaming, but I think record blocks get their names from
their file formats. As to backing up session, here's the response I got on
Twitter directly from the company:
Sessions can be exported & imported. However, it requires drag and drop - we’re
working to make it accessible

Now, can the sessions be backed up in case I need to reinstall?
and how do I rename the recorder block from mp3 to mixed record?

I can not figure out how to get one mp3 file of all my sources, wich is:
1 Apple.com speech
2 voice over
3 microphone
4 system audio.
I have it set to create 4 mp3 files. but how do I get a mix of all
recordings into one mp3 file?
