That is just informational. You cannot act on anything there. The watch is
paired to the iPhone that is using that Apple ID.

IOS 13.3.1 and go into General+Apple ID, My Apple ID User Name is showing but
Grayed out? I own an Apple Watch Series 5 running Watch OS 6.1.2 and paired to
