These folders can be re-ordered using Drag & Drop. So, normally, the InBox is
at the top of the list, then Sent, Trash etc. These main folders are then
followed by your various expandable folders related to your mail account names.

I did finally get the clean install on my mac done. Now I am trying to get apps

No, you're right, it should be. I've done this before, and it works fine. On
the webpage, you hit Share, then Add to Home Screen, right? That will put a
shortcut to that workflow on your Home Screen, just like any other web shortcut.

Pages is what I thought of first as well. The issue though is when on the
iPad, I don't believe that you are able to save it in Word format. You'd need
to have the Mac version as well in order to open the document originally
created on the iPad then convert it to Word from there. I could
