You have to choose, Dock and Menu Bar, from System preferences. Interact with the table and navigate all the way down to, Clock. Stop interacting and navigate a bit to the right. There is a checkbox for announcing a time and a popup menu for the frequency. Take Care John D. Panarese Directo

Hi. It’s my day of questions! I use to have voice over announcing the time for me which I use to change in the time preferences. I have tried looking for this option and have also looked in the voice over utility option for it but I can’t find it. If someone can tell me where it is now please
