You want to open the info window on the app itself using Command+i and choosing
to run as 32 bit.

hey,
i know all of the steps but there is an audio units menu in the effects
selection and you can't get in there to select your desired effect.

However, is there a way to accessibly apply audio unit effects? I'm trying to
