Yes. If you created the Playlist on your iPhone, it should automatically sync
and become a playlist within iTunes. If you wish to edit it within iTunes on
your Mac, simply locate the songs you wish to add to the playlist, press
VO-shift-m to bring up the contextual menu and then choose Ad
Yeah Just add the files by vo shift m on the files you want to add from the
music part under sources and then add to play list and select the playlist you
want to add to. It should sync.

Is there a sensible way of adding files to an existing playlist? I managed to
create a couple playlists on my iPhone and would like to know if I can edit
them in iTunes in Mac OS X.
