Command-shift-L does work for this. It also brought up a dialog
asking if I wanted iTunes to automatically download content. I said yes.
This should take care of it.

I need to work with this some more so I know I am really getting all
my content. Which I have not. After 2-3 hours last night, I expected all
of it to be on my Mac.
