Thanks for your suggestions. Moving the mouse seems to be the best bet, as the
VO-shift-U does mention something about java content. It works for expanding
the review, but it doesn't seem to work for all of them. It may just be a
focus issue.

My only other thought is to move vo to the link, press vo-shift-u on the link.

I tried this, and it seems like the mouse loses focus and goes to the HTML
content immediately after it says "More." It's strange. I did try the
VO-CMD-shift-space bar to lock the mouse and then unlock it, thinking that
might do it, and it seems like it worked for one review, but now
