As far as I can tell the album artwork is just like the album cover. It shows
up on my touch while playing.

Another option you could use to make sure that the Artwork is downloaded would
be to select all the music that you reimported then press VO-shit-m to bring up

So, within the last year I tried having 2 iTunes libraries, 1 for regular music
and 1 dedicated to holiday music. Well, this isn't working for me anymore.
