Fastest thing to do is just to focus on a contact and then interact with it.
call button is the right most button in the row.

hit vo shift m and start a call that way or use clisk.

In previous versions of Skype, I used to be able to hilight a contact and press
enter to call them. Now, in Skype 5, when I press enter Skype brings up a chat
window. How can I change this so that when I press enter, the contact is called
on their Skype account?
