Hi, if it is music or other media excluding audiobooks, you can easily redownload them from the iTunes store. That being said, I would just backup and migrate that as well. You can also just copy the entire iTunes folder to an external drive, then put it back on your hard drive later. Ricard

If an iTunes library gets erased, but you still have all the stuff on your iPod, is it possible to make it so that the stuff goes from your iPod to the iTunes library instead of the other way round?
