I'm running the latest ML.
I've emailed a support ticket to DropBox. I'm hoping to get a useful answer. It
seems like this could be reasonably easy to fix in an update.

What version of Drop Box are you running? I'm using
Dropbox 1.6.17
With this version, I note no issues accessing the prefs.

This does work, however you can't seem to be able to access DropBox's settings.
I submitted a support ticket to them, and I'm hoping for something not canned
back.

Here's something you might try and see if it works, drop box still
needs to fix this, but, once you get your voice over cursor to the
item, press vo+F5 to move the mouse to the item, then press
vo+shift+space to click the mouse, not sure if that will work but it's
worth a try.

When you VO space on the DropBox menu bar item, the DropBox menu does not open.
I'm not quite sure what is going on here, but I have a feeling I'll be
downgrading soo
