There is a restart and force start. You need to be on the file and do

On my mac when I go to the finder and put my cursor on the file I want to open
I do vo-shift-m go to open with. For what ever reason the unarchivor is listed
twice once as as default and a second time in in this menu I use the second
instance and it worked. It asks me for my password I typed it
