If you're willing to get into the command line, make mkv is free and
completely accessible. The main application isn't great, but the
command line part works wonderfully on both OSX and windows

Hi, I recently started using handbreak to rip my collection of dvds onto my
computer, but I've noticed that for some reason, when I rip movies with
handbreak, the volume of the audio is really quiet. Does anyone have a
solution for this?

I'm not sure if it rips to iso. Another program I know of called hand break

Hi, I'm not sure, but disk utility might be able to do this. I think you can
make a disk image from a volume, and as long as you set the type of image to
uncompressed, changing the extention to iso seems to work for me. I am not
sure if this'll help, but...

Hi, I was wondering how I would go about recording on vmware from the speakers
