I don’t think it would work with the new m1 or m2 Macs but maybe the intel Macs.
You might also have to use a generic printer driver as there are now drivers
for that embosser for the Mac.

In my experience, these are server side issues that must be addressed by
accessing your email provider’s web portal.
I suggest that you login to your email account using the providers web site, go
to the Junk folder, and mark any item in the folder that is not junk as “Not
Junk”..
