So, what you will want to do is to open the folder with Command O and then
paste. It will go directly into the folder. If not, then I would double check
your folder settings for Dropbox under preferences.

Hi Andrew and All, They seem to have updated the regular sleep app so that it
even tracks your sleep cycle. The only issue I hav had is that if you get up
in the night for Whatever, the cycle stopped. (This was a while ago), and I
have yet to use the updated version. HTH
