Using Excel on the Mac. How do I set the row and column so that they speak as I
go through the spreadsheet? I want the leftmost column to speak as I move
up/down rows, and the topmost row to speak as I move left/right through the
columns.

I have it installed under Linux, but not under Mac OS. I can make general
accessibility-related observations, but not VoiceOver-specific ones without
installing Thunderbird and testing – not a priority at the moment.

Are you running TB now? I buggered the public release so deleted it
and installed the beta version. Learning the TB shortcuts as I go along.

Just noting that the Thunderbird user interface is in the midst of a redesign,
according to recent announcements, so whatever you encounter today may not hold
for the upcoming release due later this year.
