Thanks, I appreciate the information everyone. It does seem very deliberate on
Twitter’s part and if they do end up disabling all third party apps like this
permanently, it might be what pushes me over the edge to just stop using
Twitter. I’ve been thinking about it for a while anyway.

around. I have tried contacting the developers and even posted a screen capture

Yes, for me it started yesterday afternoon,; not surprised as I’d already heard
about another client having problems.

THe issue is that quite a few third party twitter clients are experiencing this
right now. Its not just night owl.

For the last two days, any time I open NightOwl, it asks me to reauthenticate
Twitter. Which is fine, but the page to do so doesn’t actually load, and it
constantly plays the error sound again and again and again. I’m unable to do
anything else.
Is anyone else having this problem?
