I know Quicktime has some screen recording options.

You could first export your settings in Vo in the Vo Utilities.
Then rest all settings in VOiceOver utility and import the settings you’ve
exported and see if that helps.
I don’t have the issue but I think it could be a solution.

Okay, here’s something that is now happening with Ventura and did not with
Monterey…
If I arrow through a list, or read in a say all mode, I notice that the VO
pitch slowly increases more and more during each line or item, until a maximum
is reached, and then resets back to the normal pitch. Th
