No, but you do have to go into the table, I mean interact with it. You go into
the utility like before. Select speech in the VoiceOver utility. Then VO to

to interact with that table. There is a popup button that y
My rates were off too. I use Siri voice 4 and I had to adjust my rate down to

You can definitely get it with the speech menu. Do a VO Command Left or Right
Arrow to get to voices and VO Command Up or down to go through the list.

So, when I open VO utility, choose speech then the voices tab, I do
not see anything under that tab. Do I have to go through system
preferences to use a different voice?
TIA

Hi all:
I'm running iOS 15.7 with Ring app version 5.54.0. I'm having no issues with
Ring and Voiceover.
A friend has iOS 16.1, and ever since iOS 16 his Ring app, same version will
not read anything but the hamburger menu with Voiceover. He's Reinstalled
the Ring app. We are trying to figure out
Ale is present. But the speaking rate is wacky. I did a restart and
this time Samantha was speaking as she shoved Alex out the door while eh
tried to resist. Very strange. Using the rotor, Alex was still
highlighted and came back. Speaking rate still messed up though. This is
the most odd up
Yes. They are working fine for me!

Did we lose Alex with the Ventura update? I noticed after updating, that
Voiceover defaulted to the Samantha voice, and Alex seems to no longer be in
the list.

Hi!
I haven’t used it much but it seems nice to me.
Vo is much snappier.
I wish they could get us more tts engines than eloquence.
Eloquence is nothing I care for as it does not have the Swedish language.

I’ve always been able to VO space on a message without Quick nav. I interact
with the conversations table, and VO space on the conversation that I want.

Hello,
I just got done updating my 14 inch macbook pro and I am loving it so far. My
favorite feature is eloquence. I am also noticing that voiceover seems to be a
bit snappier with this update. I am also noticing improvements in safari as
well.

Strange how are you navigating? For me if I go to the conversation group and
interact then turn on quicknav just using the arrows I am not having that
issue. Then when I want to select a message I use VO plus space.

Just updated and I’m already confounded by the messages app. When I go to a
different conversation, it tells me two conversations selected. I do love the
responsiveness of of Ventura. System settings is interesting with not having to
unlock.

But it has a programUpdate to Monterey 12.6.1.
Which I don’t care for as I will try to sell it.
