I'm subscribed to a bunch of stuff on Rumble. if I follow the link provided I
get to an html page. I've been told you see the video player as the page loads.
anyway, I haven't been able to find "main" anywhere. the first thing at the top

First of all I’am using big sur.
When you go to the video on rumble go to the top left off screen and find where
it says “main”.
Now VO space bar on it and wait a few seconds and the video will start playing.
To pause the video hit the space bar and to continue with the video hit space
If you prefer Text Edit or another program, on the word file, do Command I and
VO right to Open with. Keep going until you see a combo box and you can . down
arrow until you get to Text Edit or what program you want. VO space and VO
right until you get to Change All. VO space on that button if

Pages can open word files and it should be very similar to the original
document sometimes I get a note about missing fonts but it doesn’t seem to
impact anything you just then read it as a document - hope that helps but if I
have misunderstood your question get back to me
