I have found issues where caps lock misbehaves, especially when caps lock is
associated with the Vo function.
In password fields the VO can act like a toggle instead of a modifier. When
this happens, I will get the characters acting like VO functions for example
semicolon will say caps
You might want to try Onyx. You download it from the web and you will have to
give it full permission to run.

encrypt or decrypt a file or a folder on both Mac and iPhone? I want to store

Try, user and groups > login options > accessibility. That brings up a pop-up
