If you open up the app switcher, then put focus on the problem app you can turn
the rotor here to screen Recognition. This will allow you to turn it off for
the app that is giving you an issue. I know this works because I have had to do
it a couple of times.

it’s accessible if it accidentally gets turned on for a particular app.

used my mac to restore my I phone and then had to get a recent update on it and
then make sure that my phone had gone to factory defaults and then get the
