No, your Mac does not know what email accounts are on your iPhone. Some things
are shared between iOS and Mac via iCloud, but email accounts are not. You
will need to setup any email account you have on your iPhone, again on your Mac.
The process is similar to setting up your Gmail account, and
No, you shouldn't. Because the Mac will have its own preferences. And it will
want you to log into each one.

You should setup the Google account through System Preferences > Internet
Accounts, and you will not need to enter any of that information manually.
Internet Account setup will take care of all those details for you. All you
will need to provide, is your Gmail address and password.

Hi, you don't need to put anything. Just hit next and then hit done once you
have what you want to sync from your Google account checked such as contacts
and notes and calendars.

Hi, Group.
Finally, I was able to compose my first ever email in Mac and now my

fill out in server and other relevant info. Your help, as usual, is

first, did you get the command key to work? ,I would not suggest you try
anything else on the mac until you get that fixed.
Now the answer to your question. When VO says the correct address press comma

the me'ssage.
Hi, Group.
I am trying sending my first ever email via Mac but the problem is that when
I type a couple of letters of my email address in 'To Field', Vo finishes
the address. I try to move to the next field under the impression that the
addressed is typed. But just ass soon as I type VO-Right arro
Go into VoiceOver utilities, vo right on the general tab, check the box that
says allow VoiceOver to be controlled by apple script. Also, go down to
commanders, vo spacebar on keyboard, select keyboard commander to on, or do vo
shift an the letter K an it will turn VoiceOver keyboard commander
Ok, thanks! Option-T does not tell me the current time now, how can I fix that,

Several misc. ideas below. Perhaps one will solve issue. It sounds like your
command key is not responding correctly. Try turning on keyboard help with VO-k
and press keys to make sure you know what is where.
Also, make sure vo lock is not on by pressing the semi-colan. (next to the "l"
key) .
I’m not sure. I’ve never wiped my VoiceOver settings before.
You could toggle VoiceOver off and then back on, but I’m not sure that would
change anything.
My guess is that when you reset your VoiceOver settings, it is reset
immediately to original defaults.

Thanks much, Brad.
I went to file menu in VoiceOver Utility and selected All VoiceOver preferences.
How should I reconfigure VoiceOver now?
Should I restart the computer?
Thank you very much for your valuable help and I do appreciate for that.

Yes, VoiceOver can be reset as follows:
1. With VoiceOver Utility open, access the menu bar using VO + M, and select
the File menu.
2. In the File menu, you will find 3 options for resetting Basic, Custom, or
All VoiceOver preferences.

Try CMD + Tab, to make sure VoiceOver Utility is the active application. You
can also do Fn + VO + NumberRow 8, which will also put focus on VoiceOver
Utility if it is open. Then do CMD + Q to quit the app.

Try toggling voiceOver off and back on again, using CMD + triple pressing the

Hi, Group.
Somebody told here other day that Command plus a digit on number row
announces a VoiceOver Utility Category, for instance, if I press command+1
on number row, VoiceOver would identify the high lited category. VoiceOver
was announcing the high lighted catagories for me, however, it is no
