If you are not able to close VoiceOver Utility using CMD + Q, you can close it
using Force Quit as follows:
1. Open Force Quit using CMD + OPT + Escape. (On TouchBar Macs, you can use Fn
+ Tab in lieu of a physical Escape key).
2. Navigate to, and interact with the table. Select VoiceOver Util
VO right arrow and interact with the force quit button. Then you will need to
interact again with another force quit button.
