I fixed most of my previous issues, particularly the repeating sound which
seemed to have been some cross linked system setting that transferred across
from the old OS and created a loop. Nothing in ps but in the actual daemon.
In any case, now I have the issue of notification center ap
I was trying to sign into Rumble on my Mac. it's sort of an alternative youtube
site. it allowed me to sign in with facebook but then it said I had to agree to
terms and conditions. there was no checkbox there just a star. has anybody here
had experience with this?

heard that reboot of products can remove temp files but I don’t know if that’s
rumor or fact.

I rarely reboot my Apple Watch. This is true for my current watch, or any of
the prior models I have owned.

Why not just leave the watch turned on? Also, one thing you could try is put
the watch back on the charger and see if it starts up that way.
