Chimes on Series 5 Apple Watch

I updated my Series 5 Apple Watch to Watch OS 6.2.8. I used my IOS 13.6 iPhone to go to Accessibility/Chimes to turn on Hourly Chimes using Birds as the sound. I still get no Hourly Chimes. Why are the Chimes not happening? Thank you. Angus MacKinnon, Personalism Student The Man With His Guide
