More training questions on the apple watch.

Hi! Ok, today i started a 7 minutes workout from my apple watch. It worked like a charm but it did not stop after 7 minutes. I can’t for sure say if it told me that my time was out because i felt a small vibration on my wrist and then i had to step down from the machine to take a look on my watch

Hi! I have an Eliptical machine and i do 7 minutes a day right now on that. I am very new to it so that’s why the short time. However When i want to set this in the training app i can only set 5 10 150 minutes and so on. Is there a way to set smaller amounts usning voiceover? Thanks in advance. /A
