Hello Dave,
If your DVD drive is not recognised, there will be no entry in System
Preferences. Did you make sure that the drive is Mac compatible?
Cheers,

Hi Lorie,
Not sure if there is another way, but I do it like this .
Once you have your curser in front of the link or text you wish to copy then
use your rotor to find text selection, then flick your finger down once to
change it to word selection or twice to select line if there is only the lin

If you have any questions or concerns about the running of this list, or
granted I was teasing, but still there is nothing in this technology
requiring recordings that are shared with third parties to function. A

Certainly not one that they had a right to keep secret at all in my

Hello all,
I just received my compact external DVD R/W drive and have connected it to my

underwhelming. Even after I inserted an audio CD, there was no response. I

You can sorta do this if the text is in a block, but if there is graphics or

I do not. I don't do academic research any more, so that is not an issue for

I would navigate by headings. Either use Quick Nav or VO-command-h to go
heading by heading. Google’s search page has all kinds of stuff up front as
well.

Sorry for bothering again Donna.
Do you use endnote software on Mac for citation purposes? Endnote Software is
quite accessible with Jaws. Are there other solutions for citation and
bibliography on Mac? Kindly let me know.

Hello,
Okay, it’s time to see if another mystery can be cleared. When I do a search on

Thanks so much Donna. Its pretty encouraging to know that one can shift between

Perhaps I will try both Word and pages and get back whenever I am in doubt.

There’s definitely a hesitation. If I wait long enough and VO-arrow to another

any spelling corrections, I press that key combination twice to get the message
sent out quickly.
