So far as I’m aware, Nemeth Code is supported under iOS, but not Mac OS. On the Mac, you’ll get a braille representation of the text as it would be spoken. Whether Apple’s recently announced enhancements to braille support will change this (immediately or subsequently) is not publicly known.
